N-Clubs takes the privacy of its members very seriously. We appreciate that not all of our members are “out” as kinksters and will never abuse the trust our members out in us.
References in this statement to N-Clubs should be taken to cover both sub groups N-Lab, N-Lab Paws, N-Pack Paws and N-Clubs CIC.

– N-Clubs is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC) in the UK.
– N-Clubs CIC is a volunteer run community organisation based in East Anglia. We welcome kinksters of all levels and backgrounds, regardless of their location. Our volunteers help shape our vision and ensure our spaces remain safe, inclusive, and thriving.
We’re all about creating safe, inclusive spaces for people to explore kink, build authentic connections, and grow within a respectful vibrant community.

N-Lab Paws is a 18+ men-only Pup & Handlers group hosting adult-themed social & play events:

N-Pack Paws is an 18+ all-gender Pup & Handlers group, offering a welcoming space for every identity within the community. It enables us to host exclusive adult-themed play & social events.
Becoming a Member and participating in any of our groups, you agree to support these shared values and uphold our standards.
🔐 COLLECTION,STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect personal information when you become a member, automatically add you to our monthly news mailing & Membership database records. We store this securely using PowerPoint & MailChimp services.
We are allowed to collect and use your personal information because you have formed a contract with us, because you have actively given consent, or for legitimate purposes connected to N-Clubs.
We only collect that information which we absolutely require to run N-Clubs and our events.
1. 🪪 Proof of identity & age:
– A picture of a government-issued photo ID plus proof of address.
2. 👥 Personal contact details:
– Mobile number to enable N-Clubs communications & WhatsApp HUB access.
– Email to enable N-Clubs communications & Renewal Annual Membership Reminders & Payments.
We do not collect any sensitive or personal information on your racial or ethnic origin, health, sexual orientation or sex life.
How we will not use your information
We will not use or disclose personal information of our members in any way, except where required to by law enforcement agencies.
HOW LONG WE KEEP THIS INFORMATION
Membership information collected for the purposes of running N-Clubs is held for as long as you remain in N-Clubs membership.
News mailings that we automatically add you too, you may unsubscribe from at any time using the link in the news email.
We comply fully with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
Access to your information
You have a legal right of access to the personal information we hold about you. If you would like a copy, send us an email at: n-clubsenquiries@outlook.com.
You can ask us to remove or correct information about you that you believe is inaccurate.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your membership anytime by giving N-Clubs formal notice. Please note the £10 annual membership in a non refundable payment and N-Clubs Membership Team would remove your personal details within 1 month of having received your request to leave.
By removing your membership you will no longer have the membership perks or be able to attend N-Clubs events as a member once you have passed the 1 month grace leaving period
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
If during the 1 month grace period you contact us and say you’d like to continue with your membership then we can arrange this and your perks continue immediately.
However if you pass your grace 1 month period then you would need to re-join and pay another annual membership £10 non refundable payment or attend as a guest.
🛡️ THIRD PARTY SERVICES
We use commercial cloud services to run N-Clubs. In particular, we draw your attention to the following:
– MailChimp is used for the news mailing and has its own privacy statement.
– Microsoft PowerPoint is used for the membership database and has its own privacy statement.
– WhatsApp is used for community HUB group chats connecting all members together and easy booking of events. Meta has its own privacy statement.

💳 MEMBERSHIP FOR £10
Your membership helps keep our community thriving. While the team volunteers their time, running the club does come with some costs. That’s why we ask for a small membership fee of £10 per year.
Membership is open to anyone 18+ with an interest in kink & BDSM, and runs from your joining day for 12 months.
Does Membership Auto Renew?Membership will not auto renew, so you’ll receive a reminder before your membership expires, inviting you to renew for another year of fun.

💳 TICKET DETAILS
N-Clubs events are exclusive and require advanced ticket purchase.
We have Member and Guest tickets and prices available. Please note as a guest you will need to show a valid ticket & Government ID on arrival at the event.
Ticket prices are separate from your annual membership fee and may vary by event.
All ticket payments are non refundable, unless N-Clubs cancels the event.

💬 WHATSAPP RULES
🗳️ No Politics or Religion
1. To keep our space inclusive and drama-free, political and religious content is strictly prohibited.
2. That includes articles, posts, memes, debates, or passive-aggressive comments.
🫶 Sensitive Topics
1. Don’t promote events that compete directly with those run by N-Clubs. We prefer you collaborate, not compete.
2. Discussions about mental or physical health may arise naturally. Please approach these topics with respect, empathy, and discretion.
3. Respect boundaries
You may not post images of members or non-members without their agreement and explicit permission given prior to posting.
Feel free to post images of yourself that you’re comfortable sharing—but remember that once shared, they can be saved or leaked outside the group.

You’re speaking to a community of over 100 members, not a private circle.
Before posting, ask: “Am I comfortable with everyone seeing this?”.
📸 IMAGE CONSENT AND PRIVACY
Please be aware that we don’t allow photos to be taken at events unless you have permissions from N-Clubs, this is to protect our members identity.
N-Clubs may occasionally take photos at events to celebrate our community spirit. Before any images are taken or shared publicly—such as on social media—we will always ask for your permission. If you say no, that decision will be fully respected.
If an image is ever published and you’d like it removed, just email us at n-clubsenquiries@outlook.com. We’ll do our absolute best to respond and resolve where possible. Please note: group photos may sometimes remain published if they capture a collective moment.
When you grant permission for your image to be used, it may be retained for the lifetime of the club’s materials.
🌐 Sexy Sharing vs. Shameless Selling
– You’re welcome to share safe links to sexy content and relevant online resources.
– Charity events are welcomed to be advertised when not in competition with N-Clubs events.
– Commercial advertising is not allowed. If not sure, check with a member of admin first.
🎉 EVENT ETIQUETTE
– Discretion: What happens at N-Clubs events stays at events. Personal photos or videos are not allowed unless authorized by a team member.
– Respect is paramount: We encourage everyone to fully enjoy themselves, no matter their interests. If someone says “NO”, “STOP”, or uses their SAFE WORD, it is expected that you respect their boundaries and cease immediately. Failure to respect others will result in removal from the premises.
– Safety is our top priority: We maintain a safe sex environment with condoms and lube available in all zones. Please ask for consent before engaging in activities outside these boundaries. If you restrain someone (e.g., rope), you are responsible for their safety.
– No strict dress code: popular items of clothing include: Jocks, Harnesses, Leather, Rubber, Sports, Pup, Skin, Chav, Work gear, Neoprene or Naked.

– Respect the host’s house rules, each venue and host will have similar and specific rules that they would like followed. Please follow and keep to the house rules that are shown on the confirmation tickets and always be respectful.
– Venue rules:
- Venue entrance times & full address details are shared on confirmation tickets.
- Alcohol – you’re welcome to bring your own alcohol. Complimentary tea, coffee and squash will be provided.
- No Drugs. Poppers and Viagra are allowed for personal use but no sharing.
- No Smoking in the venue. Smoking and vaping is not permitted in the building. There’s an outside designated area.
- N-Clubs Members are guests of the venue, so please show respect by wiping down equipment after use. Bins are provided for used condoms, wrappers, and wipes—please dispose of them properly and avoid leaving them on the floor.
- N-Clubs nor venues take any responsibility for loss or damage to personal items while you are attending our events. It is your own responsibility to keep any eye on your beloved gear and a bag with a pad-lock is always a good choice.
- N-Clubs and Hosts have the right to refuse admission or remove someone from the venue. We won’t have aggressive or disrespectful behavior towards other members or members of our team. If you don’t follow the rules you will be informed and then after a warning or two then you will be asked or escorted off the venue.
- Forbidden activities at events include: Scat, gore and blood these are all strictly banned. Most of us prefer our bodily fluids where they belong, in the body or on mutual terms.
